Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please read the following when it comes to your booking
At Everlasting Beauty Room, I genuinely value your time—and I kindly ask that you respect mine in return. These policies are in place to ensure I can continue offering a high level of care and service to every client.
⏰ 48 Hours’ Notice – Kindly Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
🚫 No Shows = Full Service Fee Charged
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of your service will apply. This time has been set aside especially for you.
💳 Deposits Are Required
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received. If your deposit isn’t paid at least 48 hours prior, your booking may be cancelled in line with this policy.
🔁 Repeat Cancellations
Clients who regularly cancel or reschedule may be required to pay the full service fee upfront when booking in the future.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out as early as possible—I'm always happy to work with you where I can.
