Product Purchase Allergic Reaction Refund/Exchange Policy.
In the rare instance you've had allergic reaction to the product, discontinue use of the product immediately. Please take a photo of the reaction and contact me at everlastingbeautyroom@gmail.com to start a return. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used. Please understand a true reaction affects your nervous system. Reactions include but not limited too include; hives, swelling, errithema and or itching of the area. A response which is normal to occur in the skin when a new product used on the skin for the first few times that includes high active ingredients includes; Redness, tingling and biting that goes away after a few minutes, tightness. This is why it is always to purchase through your salon so you understand the importance to introduce new products slowly into the skin for optimal results.
